A charming dog named Crimson has always been fond of people ever since she was a little pup. Her fur mom, Kyndra Pickens, said that the pup has always been outgoing and friendly toward people. She likes other dogs as well, but probably not the same way she loves people. The pup would do just about anything for attention, food, and some love from her human friends.
Around a year prior, when the pandemic began and everyone needed to stay at home more, her family noticed that the pup was spending more time near a hole in their fence. And then they realized why. It turned out that their next-door neighbor was petting the charming pup through the hole.
Susan, the family’s neighbor, lives alone. She found a way to get some comfort by hanging out with the friendly pup. As for Crimson, she was happy to be petted by her human friend.
Kyndra would usually find her pup sitting patiently by the hole, waiting for Susan. However, sometimes she had to tell the pup that her friend is not coming. The fur mom said they can’t always let the pup out as much as she wants to. It usually depends on the weather; they usually don’t let the pup out when the weather is too cold.
Kyndra said the family met Susan before but liked her more when they knew about her and Crimson’s routine. It makes them feel good that their pup gets to brighten up someone’s day. Last Christmas, they even brought Susan baked goods and took a picture of her with Crimson.
Undoubtedly, Crimson is a sociable pup and loves spending time with her human friends. And her family loves it that she gets to befriend someone in an unlikely way.
