In this lively yet comical video clip, two dogs chill out in their backyard. The brown-furred Newfoundland’s Samson, while the Cavalier King Charles Spaniel’s Rambo.
At first glance, you’ll think Samson and Rambo hold an animated conversation by the pool. Yet, before the Newfie can comprehend what’s happening, Rambo backs away towards the covered part of the pool.
Soon enough, Rambo dashes across the pool cover, making sure to stay in the middle of the cloaked area. Though Samson follows the direction the Spaniel’s taking, he makes sure to stay on the sidelines.

With the way things look, Rambo makes excellent use of the pool cover to escape from Samson’s clutches during their chasing game. At some point, the Spaniel even taunts the Newfie by running in and out of the pool cover.
But, as Samson senses the hidden danger lurking on the pool cover, he dares not to follow Rambo in that area. Thus, the Newfie patiently watches the Spaniel race across the pool cover while waiting for the perfect opportunity to pursue him.
