A video produced by a veterinary assistant offers a lighthearted perspective on different dog breeds, yet it can also be interpreted as a warning to potential dog owners.
In the three-part series, various dog breeds from pitbulls to pugs are evaluated, and each charming canine’s picture is accompanied by a “cautionary” tag that enumerates the difficulties that pet owners are likely to face.
Animals Should Come With Warnings
In the TikTok videos created by Isie, beagles are portrayed as “drama queens with the voice of an opera singer” while corgis are depicted as having a “Napoleon complex.”
When it comes to bulldogs, “you’ll be cleaning crevices for the rest of their life” according to Isie’s warning tag.

And if you’re thinking about getting a border collie, the warning tag from Isie is that “whatever the amount of exercise you think a border collie needs, multiply that by 10.”
Regarding the Australian shepherd, the warning states that they can comfortably complete a 10-mile hike and yet still have energy to play for hours.
What about Dobermans? Well, they can “go from a cinnamon roll to complete psychopath in an instant.”

The warning label on a Great Dane suggests that you should “prepare yourself for having the largest lap dog you’ll ever own.”
On the other hand, German Shepherd owners are advised to invest in obedience training or be prepared to pay for sedatives for all doctor visits.
What About The Smaller Breeds?
If you think that small dog breeds don’t need warning tags, think again.
Dachshunds should come with a warning about their dogs’ insatiable appetite and their love for pleading with their owners that they are “starving,” even after having just been fed.
Pugs meanwhile should come with a warning that you will be cleaning crevices while watching them slowly suffocate.

Dog Owner Should Also Be Aware Of Common Health Issues
Some dogs have known, common health issues, that dog owners should know before deciding on certain breeds.
For example, Brachycephalic breeds such as pugs, bulldogs, and terriers, are prone to breathing problems.
Cavaliers meanwhile are prone to ‘Syringomyelia’, a painful brain condition which is caused by over-breeding of dogs with skulls too small for their brains.
The three-part series has already amassed over 400,000 views on TikTok by animal lovers. And it seems that many viewers agree with Isie’s depictions.
One commenter said, “Rottweilers, I’m dead…They are nightmares at vet visits.”
Another commenter added, “German Shepherd one is spot on.”
Another said, “Facts! I own a Pitbull and she keeps making herself bleed by scratching herself. The vet bill just keeps going on and on.”
