Graham has shared the video taken back in February on Instagram to highlight the importance of having a service dog who alerted her to a concerning medical episode.
In the video, her 4-year-old service dog named Bailey can be seen dashing to grab Graham’s phone before retrieving her medicine from the countertop.
Graham suffers from a condition called postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome, more commonly known as POTS. POTS is a blood circulation disorder that causes your heart to beat faster than normal when you transition from sitting or lying down to standing up.
Graham said that thanks to Bailey, she feels safe even when she’s by herself.

According to Graham’s Instagram post, POTS is a “silent fight” and many people don’t fully comprehend how it affects daily life.
All Graham wants is to keep her life in order, but this can be extremely difficult for her due to the condition.
Even simple tasks, such as simply washing the dishes, can be unbearable.
But thanks to Bailey, at least she feels safe knowing that everything will be ok as long as her trusty pup is by her side.
