A couple received the fright (or surprise!) of a lifetime when they unknowingly snuggled with a stranger’s dog the entire night.
Julie Thornton Johnson and Jimmy Johnson own three dogs of their own. That’s why when they woke up early Sunday morning, they were surprised to find that the dog they had been snuggling with all night was not theirs. The couple was completely bemused by the incident that they had to share it on Facebook.
The post by Julie was accompanied by the caption: “It is absolutely normal to wake up in our house with one of OUR dogs in the bed with us”.
The caption continued: “One small problem: THIS IS NOT OUR DOG, nor do we know how she got in our house.”

Commenters were equally amused by the bizarre situation. One commenter suggested that the Johnson’s own dogs had been bragging to neighboring dogs about how good the cuddle was.
Another commenter was just curious as to how the dogs managed to get into their house. “How did it get in and which dog let it in?” the commenter.
Another commenter believes it to be fate. “The best dogs always find you”, they said.
Julie was even more perplexed with her own dogs though. She wrote that none of her own dogs minded the fact that there was a complete stranger in bed with their owners. “What kind of guard dogs are they?”, she said. “Did they invite her over for a sleepover and opened the door for her?”
Julie posted an update shortly after. They managed to track down the owner of the dog, whose name is actually Nala.
It’s a completely bizarre situation that requires some answers. As the Baha Men once said, “Who let the dogs out? Who, who, who, who, who?”
But in this case, it’s “Who let the dogs in? Who, who, who, who, who?”
