Back in the day, delivery personnel always dread visiting houses that have pet dogs. As we all know, our furry best buds will always be ready to protect our home, but sometimes they can be overprotective. Obviously, they don’t know the difference between an intruder and a postal worker, so anyone who approaches the house will be considered a threat.
Although this happens today, it’s nice to know that many delivery drivers have befriended the doggos that they meet on their route. Instead of being stressed out when visiting these houses, they now get a free stress reliever every time they interact with these fur babies.
But this delivery woman named Shaun took her relationship with Fronky the English Mastiff to a whole new level. Shaun delivers mail to Fronky’s humans, and ever since they met, they had become best buddies. The pup’s dog mom, Eileen, shared that the two had been buddies since the pooch was seven weeks old.
Shaun visits their house almost every day, and right after breakfast, Fronky would get excited because he knows he will be seeing his favorite delivery woman. Fronky would stare at the door waiting for his mom to open it, and as soon as the door opens, the English Mastiff would go right to the fence to greet Shaun.
Fronky’s tail would start wagging once he spots Shaun, and when the delivery driver takes a while to get to her furry buddy, the pup will stand over the fence. It’s as if he wanted to say, “What took you so long? I’ve been waiting forever!”
Shaun would give the pooch a lot of cuddles, and of course, some treats. Eileen shared that Shaun loves Fronky so much that she would even visit the pooch on her days off! They really have a special kind of relationship, it’s like Fronky has two dog moms whom he equally loves.
