In a viral video uploaded to TikTok, you could see a veterinarian placing a recovery cone around Mushu’s neck. The dog then immediately froze in place, and his eyes bulged.
Mushu’s owner tried to reassure the dog that everything was okay. He/she sweetly asked the pup to move to no avail. Instead, Mushu stayed put; he didn’t even move even when the owner waved a treat in his face.
