Winston, a courageous Dachshund, has shown that he is the type of best friend that anyone could hope for. This was because he was willing to sacrifice himself to save his best friend Mijo from a ferocious lion that tried to attack him.
Mijo, a Chihuahua, is extremely lucky to be alive, and that’s all because of Winston. Little Winston attempted to fend off the lion by engaging it in combat.
However, Mijo did not manage to leave the horrible incident unscathed. When the lion attempted to bite off Mijo’s head, the dog sustained severe wounds on its scalp and also had some abrasions.
With such power from the lion, one of Mijo’s eyes blew out, resulting in regular convulsions and severe neurological damage. Mijo still has a long road to recovery, but he would not have made it this far without Winston’s intervention.
Sarah Moore, the owner of these remarkable dogs, explained that the terrible incident occurred so quickly. It’s a marvel that Mijo is still alive and well. She is thankful that her two pets are all well and are still with her. She was also pleased to report that many people who have learned about what happened have contributed to Mijo’s operation.
Winston has shown that his friendship with Mijo is the ideal relationship. Winston deserves praise for being such a great hero to his friend.
