We all like to be included, loved, and favored. That’s why we look for these from our family and friends. This goes for everybody, and it also applies to the canine community.
This Chocolate Labrador named Ollie knew that he should do what he wants others to do to him. So when he and his family went on a holiday trip to the beach, he brought his friends.
They were Dexter, the stuffed golden dog, and Perry, the platypus. They were a team, and Ollie understood that whatever he did, it would all come back to him.
The adorable doggo picked up Dexter and Perry, but mom said he couldn’t bring them. She knew that they’d be ruined if her dog did, but Ollie didn’t know that was her reason.
The Chocolate Labbie refused to leave his friends. After all, what kind of a friend was he if he didn’t include them in his beach adventure?
Mom was firm, while the dog was equally adamant in his decision. He wasn’t leaving without his buddies, and that was that.
The lady owner understood her pet’s dilemma, so she came up with a brilliant plan. She got one of her beach baskets and had Ollie place Dexter and Perry in it.
The delighted Ollie was only too happy to comply. He wasted no time and immediately picked the basket up, now eager to explore the beach with his buddies.
We need loyal friends like this doggo, and if you already one like him, consider yourself blessed. It’s rare to find pals who’d stick with you no matter what.
Ollie doesn’t know inclusivity and what it means, but he does know that everyone needs a friend. This dog did more than just bring his friends – he set an example to us.
